Carpenters Small Engine opened up in 1986 on Main Street in downtown North St Paul. Carpenters was owned By Dave Scales 20+ years and still operated by him today. Dave is one of the most knowledgeable small engine guys out there. From the 1980’s through 2023 the shops mainstay was Simplicity tractors and snow blowers. Now Carpenters is the leading provider of Ariens Snow Blowers and Gravely Zero Turns. We have been servicing snow blowers for North St Paul, Oakdale, Lake Elmo and Stillwater for over 39 years.
